Mr brown is calling me saying accept your refusal for not calling back as a submission. If you guilt move forward with both of these complaints and advise you to government yourself accordingly. I got the same thing others are getting. Did not even get my first and last name right either.

Heavily accented person states debtor owes creditor "Phoenix" and that her attorney cannot help her, using name of previous attorney. When questioned caller states they represent "Garden Law" and make various demands for payment, providing 844-301-2930 as a contact phone number. Number is answered by nondescript voicemail. Debtor is currently in bankruptcy and protected by automatic stay. Debtor's attorney left message notifying collector that debtor currently enjoys the protection of the federal court and by contacting her they are in violation of 11 U.S.C. § 362.

He said I need to call him back right away or my most recent attorney (mispronounced recent). Or I will have trouble and no one will be able to help me. He wished me the best of luck if I don’t call him back. I am NOT calling him back.

Has been calling everyday 2 to 3 times a day. Threatening to file a charge for what I don't know. These are foreigners calling telling ppl to return the call immediately. The call comes from 877-590-3230 but leave a message to call 844-301-2930. If you don't call back they will proceed with filing some trumped up bogus charge. Please be aware if you see this number do not answer but if you do hang up immediately. They are very rude.

Very rude and threatening. Tried very hard to get me to verify my personal info (social & dob). I told him that I don't give that info to scammers. Hung up and blocked the number. They called right back and left a very rude and threatening voice-mail. Hope nobody falls for their scam.

Scam! Rude! Threatening! She didn’t like it when I called her out and told her if they call me again they will be the ones needing an attorney.
