I get the same messages several times a day, different numbers, different agencies, lately it has been Heinz Consulting Solutions or that I have a taxes not paid, which I know isn't right because I have never received anything from the IRS and I always send my tax returns via certified mail. And if I owe anything, my checks always clear my bank. This is getting so old. I get at least 10-14 calls a day. They will call, when I don't answer, they leave a message, hang up and call back with a different number showing up on the caller ID and different return number. Messages always the same.

voicemail message I received: Phone number they called from: 908-424-0717 “This is the office of LCS mitigation group we've been trying to contact you in reference to a default judgment that has your name on it please contact office immediately at 844-280-1852 we also will accept your refusal for not calling back after a submission of guilt…” I moved two years ago and just now am getting calls and voicemails with the same message. If there is a judgement against anyone, they would be served with an official court notice. If there is a judgement in one state and you live in another, legally the judgement would be transferred to the state you live in. There are 0 judgements against me - there nor here. Called out on their BS because I asked them some very straight-forward questions that they couldn't answer and hung up on me...but continued to call and leave me the same VM The questions I asked them were: WHAT'S THE COURT CASE NUMBER FOR THIS JUDGEMENT WHICH COUNTY COURTHOUSE IS THE JUDGEMENT FILED IN ? SPECIAL CIVIL PART DIVISION NAME OF THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR AMOUNT OWED DATE THAT THE DEBT WAS INCURRED I

They don't show up. They don't serve anything. I don't owe money. Its fake. Anything legal is done through an actual court with proof in writing. Some guy who says his name is Brian Adams is scamming people trying to say I owe a loan from 2017 and I will be served. He gives you information that can be found and last four digits of social. He claims you will be served and need two forms of ID. I told his ass off and he definitely is trying to get money and all your information. Do not answer from 678-833-5861. I also recorded him and filed a police report.

I believe this scammer accidentally called me from their real phone number. They left me the 844 number as a callback number. But the number they actually called me from was 6788335861 which according to a Google search belongs to Marcus Dawkins of Suwanee, Georgia.

They left me the same message saying that I had some kind of online loan in May 2017 which I knew that that wasn’t me. Also, they said that someone will be coming to my job and serving me and I needed to have two forms of ID with my supervisor present as a witness for the documents they will be serving me.
