Just received a live call from from this phone number. Scammer identified himself as PayPal representative offering an upgraded business service for "my website". I do not operate a commercial website the utilizes PayPal so this was definitely a scam. Immediately reported the call to the FTC as my phone number is also on the Do Not Call list.
