Harris and harris VM stating unpaid Oklahoma tolls, except I've never been there! Definitely a scam. Block and don't call back.

Doesn't ring, leaves a message. Starts with "toll authority" but state or location is cut off at beginning. Gives a case number to look up on website but asks for zip code and says case number doesn't match, so can't see where debt is supposed to come from. Not going to call them back.
