I received a call from this number moments ago and the lady said she was calling from complex care solutions accompany that is teamed with my health insurance. She said it was an offer to come just do a basic routine medical check up such as blood pressure and check on medications I'm taking.

I received a call today from this number claiming to be from Health Plan of Nevada to do a health assessment and wanted to verify my birth year but I told her I didn't trust this call due to a lot of phishing scams out there and I hung up. They called my landline and I usually only give my cell number when filling out forms, etc.
