Anthem has a dedicated department for reaching out to members, they offer to switch you to home delivery for your medications or answer any questions you may have about new or existing medications. Sonya and Chris are super nice

Robotic call stating they need to speak regarding a medication. Definitely seemed like a SCAM. CVS calls from their direct pharmacy line.

It was a robotic call saying they have information about my medication. I deal with my doctors office and the local pharmacy for all medications. This is definitely a scam.

Seemed like a scam attempt. Had seriously outdated information and was asking for a lot of information very quickly without giving any verification that they were who they said they were. Also wouldn't give me detailed information about why they were calling. Definitely seemed fishy.
