If you search the number on Google or Yahoo, you get a USPS site warning you about scams. I had a message with a man's voice saying the same thing and giving the same callback number. It's a scam.

A Doug called wanting to talk about marketing mail. This is a complete scam.

I answered the call because TrueCaller App showed it as coming from Postal Service SMB Marketing Programs, and since I take online surveys and such, I thought maybe it was from one of those places. The guy on the other end asked for me by my name and I said that I was who he was looking for. Then he said he was calling about a complaint or issue with an USPS delivery that I was having. I told him I didn't have a USPS postal delivery problem and didn't understand what it was about. He apologized for bothering me and said it must be a mistake on their end. Told me to have a nice day and said goodbye. I sure hope I don't have anything to be worried about here!
