Tried do cancel online but the cancel button never found. tried chat bot, referred to customer service's, requested 4 pieces of info. told will not pay bill. They will disconnect now. unplugged the modem. Jan 16 2025. The issue you can only,! your plan plus extra price. He has the money; has the power of the purse. They think people are addicted to internet, and there is no other isp option. Ads are confusing and most for new costumers. Found 5g modem provider. But similar tactic, i can only with there credit card only. Pay our way, so we can make extra $. case of david and Goliath. File fcc ftc complaints. Also if a per byte plan charge extra if you go over, but if not used byte are forfeited. If I put gas in car and do not go anywhere for month I still have same gas. I call this Techstortion.
