We do apologize for the inconvenience and frustration. However, per investor requirements, we are required to call customers when a few days have passed from either the due date or the 15-day grace period, and we still have not received a payment to the account. Rest assured, this will not count against your credit, as we would only report a late payment to them once it has passed the end of the month.

Seems scammy, they want payment immediately over the phone, that isn't best practices.
