Number called, let this call go to voicemail. Horrible accent person, Indian speaking, stating they are representing Lilami Group regarding a debt, number (833) 741-3450. Requested a Certified Debt Validation Letter in accordance with FDCPA regulations, caller insisted information be sent via Email, told them no that I wanted a Certified Letter delivered to my home of record, caller hung up the phone. Called back 3 more times, same caller, same background noises, failed to get my address each time, call only lasting less than a minute before they hung up. Attempted calling back 5 more time, no longer will answer my call and rings persistantly, possibly blocked my number. People!! Dont be afraid to request any form of debt to be delivered Certified Letter via USPS to validate the legitimacy, most LLC agencies will insist an email, this is not a valid form of communication of debt collection practices, certified mail, they have 5 days to send this or they violate FDCPA laws. Speak up and use your voice, 9 times out of 10, its a scam.
