Caller said they needed me to verify my information to proceed with the call. She was persistent and kept asking for it. She finally said they were calling regarding Optimum. I don't owe Optimum and wouldn't give my information. She finally gave up but I'm sure they'll call back. I believe it is a scam call.

I have worked on my credit and missed a call. I called back and a foreign caller answered. You could hear a rooster in the background. He said I had an account from Optimum from 2021. And informed me I'm in collections. I go to my kikoff app that helps me keep track of my credit report and to dispute charges. I informed him on my credit report I don't see it. I work in billing I asked him what date of service and I am requesting an Itemized bill from my insurance and EOB. He then said it was in collections. He's like we've been trying to contact you I'm like in 2021 I had a 862 area code. I have an 470 area code. I then proceeded to say how did you get my number if in 2021 I had an 862 number. He then said Optimum gave it to them when it transferred to them. I then asked for the name and googled. I asked where I'm calling. He said he can't disclose. I understand cause I work from home and can't give my location. So I respond work from home. Well I said there's a location in Corners, GA. I can just call them or go in person. He insisted to email me to make payment and I said no. He then said he will call me in 3 days, I informed him no not enough time he then insisted he will call in 10 days. I'm going to block his number and call to have my number removed. Remember if there's no proof of date of services rendered get your EOB and Itemized bill and then research don't fall for their gaslighting. This is a scam EVERYONE! And get kikapp it is 5 dollars and worth it checks your credit and offers small line of credit line and you pay 10 bucks on time. My credit goes up and I suggest everyone have access to credit report and dispute options and ways to see what is reported in debt collections. Also they passed a law that medical bills can no longer be reported to your credit report.

Have had calls from this number every evening for the last week at 8:00pm If you answer the call there is silence then a foreign person wants my personal information.... I have hung up and will not answer the calls....

Received text 21581 from Credence Resource Management with text for another persons name not mine about Optimum. Then received call from 1 833-723-7998 no message left so I called number & spoke with foreign speaking man. I ask to have my number removed from their collection list since collection not even for me.
