They called me today and claimed the exact same thing her name was Marcel.

A man name Jonathan left a message and said he was calling from PNC Bank's due diligence department. He had my name and company name. He said it was not a sales call and he needed to speak with me. He asked that I call (833) 701-0086 and use a reference number that he left on the machine. I called the number and a person with a foreign accent answer and said I had the wrong number. I repeated the number to him to make sure I had the correct number and he said he was from a different department at the bank and I should recall the same number back. I called my local PNC Branch and that said it was a scam. PNC said if anyone calls me to tell them to have the local branch contact me. Lesson learned, always call the local bank branch first before returning a call or speaking with anyone about your account.

Left a message saying to be from PNC Bank, Had my Name and Company name. Never answer your phone! I looked over the message and called my PNC Bank Business Accounts POC directly. The reviewed my account and there was no messages and that that number has been flagged by them as a SCAM in their system. Always call the Bank first with a know number or visit your branch.

Apparently still actively Phishing and identifying themselves as PNC. Received a voice mail from this number on 1/3/24. Left a "reference number". Of course did not return the call.

Left a few voicemails asking me to call this # back to have "account information verified". The person sounded like she was reading from a script, and she was not very good at reading. I called PNC's main customer service line and was told that 833 - 701- 0086 was indeed NOT a part of the PNC's directory. I also stopped by a local branch just to double confirm, and was told by the banker again that it was a scam. Please be ultra cautious! These scammers obviously have gotten some information about you.

Said was from PNC Bank NA with important information about my bank account. He asked me to confirm my name. I don't have a PNC account and have not since I was at PSU in 2000. So I hung up and called the PNC 800# on Google. I reported the call and they said the # was not a PNC #.

BEWARE! It’s a scam! I called PNC and that phone number is not registered under PNC. Call the phone number on the back of your card and do not give your personal information to anyone!

They called and send letters pretending to be PNC requesting to verify my information, otherwise my account will be closed.. I called my bank directly and they were not aware of this letter and there were no Memos on my account stating that my information needed to be verified. Do not ever provide your SSN to unknown callers. Always call the phone number on the back of your card before you provide information.

called claimed to be pnc due diligence. I went to my bank to confirm and it was infact the due diligence department. Always go to the bank and check with your local bank manager first just to be safe.
