Unscrupulous debt collection company. Do your own research, and if your "debt" owed to a former landlord is not accurate or truly owed - seek a settlement for 10% or less of their requested amount. Be careful as they have a grim reputation. Many new lawyers take jobs for this outfit to pay their bills. IMHO, this outfit is on the same low level as zombie debt collectors.
