I get calls on my cell phone nearly every day from this company (RMP) claiming to be a debt collector and I need to call them back at a given number. The number may or may not match the caller ID they called in on. They have called in on must be six or more different numbers now. I know it is a scam because I am current on my only two debts. Is there a way to sue them for harrassment or something? I am very annoyed with their constant calls.
