This is actually a legitimate company- I know they work on behalf of collecting past due accounts for Univ. Hosp., San Antonio,Tx. I don't know if they handle other accounts. They can't even tell you their company name until you confirm you are the person about whom they are calling - all due to HIPA (privacy rules regarding medical info)

Mrs. Bermudes refused to give me information as to where or who she was with and would talk over me stating by law I had to confirm my identity in order for her to tell me who she was calling with. Long story short "I said good luck B" and she said the same.
