I answered and they did a brief review of my business account and advised date that the discounts would go away and that I should renew in advance and a call would come prior as well. I will call directly, though, as I too previously contacted Comcast regarding this phone number and they couldn't confirm it legit.

Callback number is 610-616-2239, which seems suspicious. I called Comcast Business with the phone number on their statements & the representative reviewed our account and determined there was no need to the call, and we thus believe it to be spam. This webpage confirms our suspicioun
