(833) 553-5076 is a Scam Call

They claim they are from EFT Manager, trying to pressure you to get your proxy vote to flip the fund. There is no way a reputable fund spends so much money on a call center within the U.S. borders for a small vote. The caller name now is showing up as "Morrow Sodali" but I'm not sure if they are affiliated with that company. The fraudsters they all speak fluent American English, so that means whoever is behind this is shelling out a hefty amount of money for "months" trying to reach out to investors. They said the deadline is November 21, 2023, but they are still calling me. I've blocked them after the first week in September, but even though it is now December, they are still calling me. Good thing is that I don't get the calls since their number is blocked (833-553-5076). I would suggest everyone to write to SEC and file a complaint against them.

They keep calling my cell. No way it's legit to keep calling my cell when not even my legit financial people have my cell. The 3 min message has pauses init to seemingly allow the person who answers to respond. I keep blocking them.

If you own stocks in a affected ETF, they are likely trying to call you to get your proxy vote to agree to approve a reorganization of your ETF into a fund by Amplify ETFs before the shareholder meeting on November 21, 2023. They have been spam calling me for days and only have left one message. I found their number thanks to a filing on the SEC government website.

This number calls every single day without leaving a message.
