They want you to call them after leaving a message about and issue you haven't resolved and say if you don't call you waive your rights. Don't call. They never identify who they are nor the issue.

I have had them call me and my spouse for over a year now. They claim to be representing a law firm that is trying to collect a debt that has been discharged in my bankruptcy from 2012. They just call me all the time and threaten me with a lawsuit and I tell them that I welcome the chance to show the judge my bankruptcy discharge papers to prove that is was discharged in bankruptcy. They will not give me their identification number required by law to prove they are a legitimate collector, nor will they send me anything in writing so I can dispute this with them. They try to have me call this number 833-522-4232

Voice message “Hello this message is intended for Txxx txxx double attempt have been made to contact you and there has been no response please contact our office in regards to your schedule processing if there's no response we have no other option than to assume that you are waving your right to handle this complaint voluntarily it's over not your intentions and you would like to handle this complaint directly or you would like to speak with a live agent please press one or you can contact our office at 833-522-4232…” Call me from local number, have called people I know and do have my social and address but I checked credit report and called the company I supposedly owe they have no record of me at all. This is getting out of hand

They called from the number: (724) 343-3908 and left a message on my cell phone for my ex-husband whom I have not been in contact with for over 20 years. They are threatening him with legal action. Message said to call back this 833 number.

They call threatening legal action..this is like the 6th number they’ve used to call me and my whole family. They call using one number and tell you to call back another number. It’s getting out of hand at this point

They called claiming to have a formal complaint filed against my name and SSN and that I need to contact them immediately. This sounds just like every other scam out there, and no reputable phone number to find online. No other information was given, not even a company name. SCAM
