It say Wells. Probably they want people to think they are from Wells Fargo. The message is basically reporting a supposed debit of $248.24 in Fort Worth, Texas on todays date, paid to CBSS - port in Fort Worth, TX. The message tells the people to to call this number (833) 905-1834 to obtain help, if they didn't made the debit. They provided a reference number, 4J09TRW. Evidently is a scam to obtain people's bank and personal data.
