Sent paper bill for an amount they said was still due while my wife's glasses were paid in full at the local Walmart Vision center, where we called and talked with their manager who confirmed we were paid in full. Continually calls every other day, despite the fact we have the number blocked, it still registers as an incoming call. Reported to both PA Attorney General, BBB and Walmart general customer service.

Claiming to Be Walmart & Sams Club Optical billing dept with attempts to collect. They know your name and number and blah blah and trying to trick you into thinking it is real, sounds real. I called Walmart.com and they verified it is a scam
