This number called me after I ordered door dash off of the Chick-fil-A app and they called saying my door dasher cancelled my order and that I needed to reorder.

Left a voicemail with a heavy accent asking if it was me and claiming they're door dash. It's 1:30 a.m. in the morning and I haven't done door dash in a couple of days. Very strange and woke me up.

I called Doordash Support to try to find out if they had called me. They did not, and the Support person google this number, finding a Reddit about Doordash scam.

2am got a order to pick up from McDonalds which was like 15 bucks for 4 miles which is a great deal. on my way there got a call from This number asking if I was still gonna be able to pick up the order I said yes and hung up. Thought it was weird and almost canceled the order. I got to McDonald’s and they said they had no DoorDash order idk if I dodged a bullet of a trap. Or if it was legitimate

Why Door Dash do not send a security validation code to phone to make sure right ownership before allowing people to use that phone number? because someone is using my phone number to place their order and i have no clue.

Called me saying they were from doordash. Asked if my address was the one they read off to me. I replied no and that I hadn't ordered anything. They said thank you and hung up.

This is a Door Dash #. Order on app still showed incomplete, so he was just calling to verify I received my order. All good.

Same people call me last week climbing that my phone number and they were calling from Texas and was trying to ask me questions I refuse to say yes to anything and hung up. They called back this Friday three times I declined the phone call each time they are scammers trying to get into your information do not answer your phone block the number
