yeah these people are crap. they literally used a spoofed number to act like door dash. i received a text message from them orginally. then when i blocked that message i immediately received a phone call with the door dash name underneath the number. this call center was loud as hell in the background. the indian lady refused to give me her name, or the last name of the dude who apparently ordered McDonald's. When I started asking questions her communication became nearly impossible to understand. I called DoorDash via their number and spoke to a rep who literally said they never call customers directly on behalf of a fast food chain or restaurant. The lady got really weird when i started pressing for more information. At any rate, just know that DoorDash does not doe what these disgusting Indian people did. They all suck and never work for their money honestly.

In my case, the call was legit. I ordered groceries from Doordash. One of the items was wrong, and I also wanted to check my list if saved substitutions without having to place a new order. I contacted Doordash support via chat in my app, but communications were cumbersome, so Doordash called me from this number, and we resolved the problem. However, almost any phone number can be spoofed. If someone calls, emails, or texts you saying there's a problem with a delivery or a charge and wants you to "confirm" your account or credit card info, or offers you a link to use, DON'T. Ignore the message or hang up the phone call, and go on your own to the company's legitimate phone number or webpage. Never use links, phone numbers or email addresses that are OFFERED to you in a call or message you didn't ask for and didn't start. Contact the REAL company on your own if you have any questions.

FAKE Door Dash IMPOSTOR !!!! I have never used Door Dash, Uber Eats, Creampie Eats, or any other service like this. Some Indian dude phones me at **** 3AM **** from this number asking for my credit card number "for validation purposes". I could hear what sounds like 10 to 20 other East Indians in the background, sounding like a roomful of scammers sitting in some small boiler room. So BEWARE!!!!
