Same as the others - voicemails from this company every 3-5 days. Finally called them back - gave them my name to ask why they are calling. Asked to verify address and phone number. Said not going to do that until I know why they are calling. She said, "Have a good day" in that time - and hung up. Blocked the number - if we have a relationship, they should know my address already.

First they called me and said nothing and hung up on me, so I called back and was told to "please hold" repeatedly by a robot. I then was on hold for so long that I was prompted to leave a message why I called. I explained that the number called me first and I wanted to know why. I got a call back by an actual human confirming I am infact who I said in the voicemail. She then asks for my address, 1st red flag. If these were actual medical bills they would ask me to confirm the last digits on something they already have, they would already have my address. Once I told her the medical bills already came to my address and they should have it on file she got quite upset. She asked "Ma'am are you going to give me your address or what?" So I blatantly called her out for it being a scam and she hung up on me.

I have gotten a couple of calls from this number. On my phone, it says it's a verified number. I called it back and an automated voice gets on there and says, "Patient Financial Services---please hold" and won't go through. I ended up blocking the number. I think it's Spam! If it was really a bill department for a hospital, I would think that they would leave a message or state what medical company they are calling from.

I've received multiple calls from this #. When I answer there is no response. When I send to voice-mail they don't leave a message .
