Received voicemail, stating that I had a passed due on a secondary loan that I got from my repossessed vehicle. The repossession took place 20 years ago. There was no secondary loan and statute of limitations is set at 4 years.This is considered a zombie collection attempt which is highly illegal. If papers are served on my repossessed vehicle where someone is trying to collect, I must bring this up in court.
