Legit number. We owed $9.37 for a medication that was sent to me in the mail. We thought it had been payed with the credit card on file, someone dropped the ball. We took care of the bill.

Text (from a different number) said "Welcome to Kaiser Permanente digital billing! It's online and secure. You have a statement available for your recent visit. By accessing the portal, you will not receive a paper statement during this billing ccle. Click here to view your account and make a payment: rv2.io/kprxncal/11587938 Reply STOP to opt out. 1-833-379-2278." I logged into my account and do not have a billing statement or amount due.

Just received the same call from (833) 379-2278 with an 8 digit reference number and called my pharmacy. There were no messages for me so this is likely a phishing call!! BEWARE

BEWARE!!! i received a voice message stating that it was important to call the pharmacy at 833-379-2278, and giving an ID number (10316221). since i know the pharmacy number in san francisco, and was not expecting any meds, i did not trust this message. when i called the 415 number that I know for pharmacy, they knew nothing about it. BEWARE!!
