Threatening to arrest, advising someone is 30 minutes away and will come to the house. Advised they're in Washington, D.C. Said our car was found in Texas, and had blood type. We live in Florida. Asked names of what bank, credit cards we used and had. Accent sounded like male from India. Gave his name as Wilfred with Batch number BS94126. I got on phone asked his name, ID number and with what office. He hung up. Redailed number, same man answered, he hung up.
