It's legit from Cox. Had a payment due on an account that had been closed.

It is legitimate, I believe, but it seems suspicious because it’s a literal “robocall” and because the number they called is my backup phone number, which is a Google Voice number, and I didn’t ever receive a call to my actual phone number.
