Caller skipped the "inbound" call display. Basically it hacked voice mail and left a message. it is not a legitimate call. Black list it please. Healthnet was purchased by Centene, a NYSE corporation engaged in managed care, which when reduced to practice, means INFANTILISING the patient (treating like an infant even if you are 45 or 62) by intimidating you to not use your natural intelligence to perform you very competent private decision making issues.
