Called Christmas Day 12/25/24 at 8:30PM. 833-231-6512. Last part of message provided the phone number to call and to be sure and have my credit card number handy. When I searched this phone number it shows being fraud department at Royal Credit Union. If legitimate why call on Christmas Day at 8:30 PM and why not properly identify yourself if indeed my bank?
