Left a message. It’s a skip tracer trying to get info on someone who had this number. Recording. Here is a partial transcription of the canned message. Henry Ross was the name used. The message was preceded by some numbers, likely tied to the individual who they are attempting to communicate with. Probably ssn or other identifying numbers along with a last name spoken by computed before the human recording began.
