I answered the call because I was expecting a call back about a lost package. This call wasn't about that but also was not a scam, in that it was in relation to an online order I had made (caller had my name and knew what I had ordered). She just wanted to know if I had any questions about the product, and said she'd include instructions in the package.

Got two calls today from "Specialist Center" using this Texas number, and two additional calls (again, from "Specialist Center" ) in Colorado. I have no idea what they want; they do not leave messages.
