I spoke with BlueShield and to ComplexCare Solutions. This is actually a legit service offering as they work with BlueShield and set-up a yearly healthcare assessment for members. The assessment they set-up is with a BlueShield nurse for a video chat health assessment and is free. Additionally, apparently they have $50 in other free services you can get as well. I called them really upset as woman who called sounded very spammy and like someone trying to scam me. After doing all this research and speaking with BlueShield then ComplexCare Solutions now I know it's legit and just a nice free service provided. The corporate number for ComplexCare is 833-398-0302 and website is https://complexcaresolutions.com/
