Received a call lited as California. Obviously a telemarketer/scammer because when I answered there was a long pause and the audio was horrible. Woman said she was with "Aloha Travel here in Hawaii". IF that were the case she would have a Hawaii telephone number. Although people do have personal cellphones with other state numbers, businesses like a travel agency would definately ahve a local instate number.
