Called and had information about my doctor's office and said I owed money and attempted to get me to verify my personal information and refused to do so. I told them I would log on the website and verify if I owed anything to the doctor's office on the billing tab. She said it probably won't be there because they sent it to them. The thing is I always pay my bills off at the doctor's office. My insurance covers most of it so its usually very little that I owe. They kept insisting that I verify my information and I told them that I will call the doctor's office to verify the debt. And then they asked me to call them back and I told them I will not be doing that. I logged in and the balance was zero and I didn't owe anything.

just received a call from this number about a pathology service, asked them to email the bill to me. i think it's bogus, they gave my doctors address, not mine. but the date and the service appointment about matched up. where do they get info from? this was nearly believable, but i know i pay all my bills on time and this was 8 months ago.
