Was a scammer and mentioned both my name and my insurance. Called the place (with the place's actual phone number) they said to contact and they didn't have me in their system. Don't call the number that is given from the voicemail, call the place it talks about.

Not a scam. Program my health insurance has me go over meds, health & concerns with a nurse. You do receive gift card.

Received a phone call from this number, said they were calling on behalf of my health insurance (they knew what it was), and that there would be a telehealth appointment and to have my list of medications on hand. The person on the phone was polite and friendly, but raised a red flag near the end by saying participating would reward me with a $50 Walmart gift card. That's not how healthcare-mandated appointments work, much as I wish they did! It's also easy to tell it's a scam because it's easy to get in touch with the scammers by calling back, instead of navigating the hair-tearing nightmare of your actual health insurance phoneline which most likely hangs up on you after a 20 minute wait. Ain't that funny?
