I spoke with Ryan about how rude and disrespectful other loan reps were with this company and he hung up on me. They must be scammers.

Very rude and predatory. When I asked where he was calling from, he became defensive. Also, after I said thank you for the offer for a potential loan, he became defensive and rudely responded “what did I offer you?” when he was literally calling about offering mortgage refinance loan services.
