I have been getting a call from this number - 1 (814) 208-8169 every day for weeks! It pops up as if it is from UPMC Health Insurance, but they never leave a message. I finally blocked the number. I don't answer phone calls from someone I don't know. If a company, insurance company, financial institution, etc. leaves a message and tells me why they are calling me, I look up the phone number on their website and call them directly if it is something that I think I need to talk to them about.

This was not a robocall and seemed to be a person. Still, it felt like a scam. The caller ID said it was from my insurance provider which is why I picked it up. Caller reported calling me on behalf of my insurance company for an "in-home visit." I told her I had a PCP and didn't need this service. She insisted it was free. She knew my address and most of my birthdate.
