Wanted customer safe called back to “cancel” service

"Dear subscriber, Thank you for your payment for firewall Security Services. Your account has been charged for $299.99. For an inquiry or to cancel the subscription, please call our customer service number at 813-358-1170. I repeat 813-358-1170." This robocall keeps calling. Same message. Same phone number. Second time in 2 days. It's annoying. Good thing I didn't call back. Message left on my answering machine. I personally don't own a computer that I use or have any software. I go to the library, etc. Why can't these guys be shut down?! Warning! (813) 358-1170 is a Security System Scam per Nomorobo. Do not answer.
