This phone number is illegally texting vulnerable senior citizens without their permission. They are knowingly breaking the rules. Beware of “Healthcare Solutions” 813-463-8087

Number calls once a day to have me set up an appointment I do not want. Leaves a long voicemail every time then texts me 2X a day to remind me to call them back. Once a week is fine, but a call and 2 texts a day is overkill.
