Why do I have to always put my number in? And why do I need a code every time? And why don’t you send the message so that I know who is calling if you have that name or if you have the message or the voicemail? RoboKiller might be helping but I have no way of knowing Why some of the messages coming through which are p**n and not in my contacts and not questioned is happening. I really need you to call me and explain these different steps that are not explained in your help menu please otherwise I’m just gonna have to cancel it even though you block numbers that other people receive and you know or spam. I’m still receiving spam and there’s no information from you with the messages so I can determine if it’s someone I know or not.??? Please call me do you know my number I have to put it in every single time after clicking on continue like I’m a new member. Doesn’t make sense you should know that I am already a member automatically. Also how do I send the numbers to you that are spam numbers and spam messages? I see category and Weibo but that’s for me to fill out on numbers that I don’t recognize and I cannot get to the voicemails to see whether their spam or not. I have so many questions for you.
