The name of this company is CAPIO PARTNERS and they are medical debt collectors, however, the young lady that calls insists that we are to give her our personal information to confirm who we are, but she won't say why we're supposed to give it to her. I repeatedly said I'd happily give her my home address, phone number or social if she could provide me with a reason why. She just kept saying that "we are calling regarding a personal matter" and eventually hung up. https://capiopartners.com/ Additionally, they are using "VA Dept of Health" as their caller ID and that is against FCC regs: "Malicious Caller ID Spoofing. Under the Truth in Caller ID Act (TICIDA), Section 227(e) prohibits someone from causing the display of false or misleading caller ID (spoofing) with the intent to defraud, cause harm, or wrongfully obtain something of value." https://www.fcc.gov/enforcement/areas/unwanted-communications
