I called Anthem official number yesterday, and the outsourced lady (whom I was transferred to) said she would call me back regarding the case. Today I received a call from this number which said Scam Likely and it was the same lady. PII-exchange was involved, but the case was the same as what we talked about yesterday from the official number. Confusion.
