This is a scam- someone named Mike called and left a voicemail saying he could resolve “any of those pending IRS tax issues you might have”, and then he says if I want help to give him a call back. He’s calling from an 803 area code, and I also have an 803 area code, but I haven’t lived in that area for many years and only receive scam calls from this area code now.
