100% NOT Discover. I have accounts with both Discover credit card and banking. They both confirmed this is not a number they use.

Just messaged with rep on the actual Discover website. They indicated the number 801-619-2556 (and 800-973-5066 which was in the only message they left me of over 18 calls in 3 days) are NOT associated with Discover. So now just need to figure out how to block it.
