Optum and other medical providers seem to use this third party number for appointment notifications/reminders, but none of my medical providers have the number I was called on, the call was blocked - not whitelisted on my system for number called

Unwanted call from Doctors office in North Carolina from Midvale, UT. The Doctors office reported their call was to come from a local telephone number so there patients would recognize the number.
