When I tried to get my voice mail TracFone diverted the call to its offshore call center where if English was ever taught it sure wasn't learned well if at all. Diverting calls like this is completely ILLEGAL. The call center person tried really really HARD to get me to divulge personal information which of course I would not do. Plus they tried super HARD to get me to agree to buy a "new phone for only $199" nope I HAVE a new phone and guess what - it is a new phone that is going to be with Verizon where this kind of nonsense is hopefully less of a problem.
