Called looking for my daughter (who is 21 & is in college). When I asked what it was in regards to, the lady wouldn’t divulge any information but said it was a personal business matter and she asked if I was the POA for my daughter. My number was one of the numbers on the account but since my daughter doesn’t live at home, she said they were removing my number from the account.
