The thing they're sending out is registered with the SEC.gov with the same phone number so I have to assume it's real https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1067839/000119312525194159/d890180ddefa14a.htm

Received four letters in today’s mail. Two were addressed to my husband, one to me, and one to us jointly. Of course it looks official…but just didn’t pass the smell test. When I typed in the phone number, this page popped up. Thank you, everyone who has already posted about this scam attempt. You saved us an aggravating headache.

I too received a letter from "Invesco", they also mention "Sodali & Co Fund Solutions". In either case it is a scam.

Received an official looking letter 10/9/25 from Invesco QQQ Trust to call 800-887-2299 as I was identified as a 'shareholder' . Never heard of this Company. "Immediate Action Needed" which is a tip-off to a scam

I received an official looking letter seemingly from Invesco requesting that I urgently call this number. I searched for the issue and convinced myself that it was legitimate. My call was immediately connected. What I heard was a woman talking on another phone line, a child playing in the distance, and pet birds chirping. If this is not a scam then Invesco is hiring the least professional people possible.

Since August 2025, I have been receiving 3 to 4 unsolicited phone calls each week and, just this past week, two separate letters from Invesco sent to my home. Even if this is a legitimate company, I consider their repeated and unwanted contact attempts to be pestering and abusive. I did not request these calls or letters, and the aggressive outreach has left me with a very negative impression. Because of this behavior, I would never consider doing business with Invesco. I request that Invesco immediately stop all further calls and mailings to my phone number and home address.

I am being inundated with calls from INVESCO QQQ. I have two phones and they are calling on both. I do NOT answer, but do report each call. Robo calls from various numbers. I now have received a letter in the mail, stating for me to call this number: 800 887 2299. I have nothing to do with this company. I have never heard of them until I started receiving endless calls, starting 9/2025. I receive 4 calls every week! I hope someone can help because it is ridiculous and too much!

I got an official looking document in the mail (USPS) from Invesco saying to call this number. When I called, a robot voice told me to hang up because it is a scam...which I did. Very strange.
