Legit call but the automated response system couldn't tell me what was being delivered. Received a separate email with the details. They should have more information available as it sounds fishy.

Almost impossible to understand person requesting info for scheduled delivery. (Purchase from Home Depot of a Simmons mfg item.) Good lord, they need to hire a U.S. based company to represent them. This was awful trying to understand this lady. Both unclear English language and a crackling mike---probably India or somewhere overseas.
