Total phishing scam. I received a missed call from 800-836-0142; they me a message about a low battery on my alarm system, but when I called back I couldn’t get past several offers about free roadside assistance, $100 shopping spree, etc. Never during the recorded greeting or prompts was a company name mentioned. That’s not how legitimate alarm monitoring companies operate.
