Part of most Wellmark Medicare Advantage plans is a yearly home visit. It is required but they are persistent in calling about it.

Same as the comment above from April about a "valuable service" offered by Wellmark. Trouble is, each time they call the number they're calling from is an in-state area code, with the different numbers each time. Then, they say to call an entirely different 800 number. I bellieve this is some kind of scam to try to get personal information. I have blocked each number out that they call from.

They knew too much personal information & were sneaky in trying to trick into confirming it & attempting to schedule an in-home visit about some sort of medical-related services.
